Handy location with helpful service and pretty friendly staff. I enjoyed the double room and had a delightful stay. Luxury bathrooms with a bath. A short walk to the nice beach. The pool was good and I had good drinks in the pool bar.

I had a good experience here, everything was exceptional, the location was ideal near to Merida, the cathedral and other areas. Helpful, affable staff. Eggs and pancakes in the morning were good, the fee was $ 13 per person. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Centro de Merida district.

Breakfast was reasonably priced and the team was dedicated. Magnificent view, a great balcony, large bed, too. We got a quiet room and welcoming service. The beach was lovely.

Quick check-in, very welcoming staff, incredible location. Fantastic service and a great pool onsite. A sandy beach, LOVELY view. It was just 1 km from Palacio Canton Museum. Poolside bar was good and reasonably priced.

Facilities were wonderful, but Wi-Fi was slow.

Would come here again for the location, it was CONVENIENT. Quiet hotel, reasonably priced. Room had plenty of facilities, including climate control, cable channels and a writing desk.

Fantastic base for exploring Merida. We enjoyed the good lighting in our room. Moreover, hotel's parking is on-site. This accommodation had a central setting.
